Chinese Food

Chinese cuisine is one of the important parts of cooking and Chinese culture. Also known as Chinese food culture. One of the world’s three major cuisines (Chinese, French, Turkish), has profoundly affected East Asia. The recipes are based on dishes from various regions of China.
Chinese cuisine originates from the Central Plains. It has a long history, superb technology, rich varieties, many genres, and unique styles. It is the crystallization of thousands of years of Chinese cooking development and enjoys a high reputation in the world. There are many types of Chinese dishes. Due to differences in geography, climate, products, culture, beliefs, etc., the flavors of the dishes are very different, forming many genres, including four major cuisines and eight major cuisines. The four major cuisines are Shandong cuisine , Sichuan cuisine , Huaiyang cuisine , and Cantonese cuisine. Because these cuisines are formed by natural evolution, they can only be roughly distinguished by the ingredients, production, taste and artistic style of their dishes. Chinese cuisine places great emphasis on color, aroma and taste. This is the standard of a dish.
